I am an experienced accompanist and am happy to play for singers, instrumentalists and choirs. I accompany exams and festivals and usually schedule practices beforehand so that the soloist can feel confident and well-prepared on the day. I have been involved with the Maidenhead Music Festival, and so am familiar with how the adjudications work. At practices I can provide coaching on how to get the best out of your performance and can support you in learning to perform with an accompanist.
I am an experienced rehearsal pianist and am able to play for choir rehearsals and take sectionals. I can also play for dance/ballet classes and have experience of playing for ballet exams.
If you are an instrumentalist who lacks confidence, or just need some motivation to pick up your instrument and get playing, then I can offer hour long sessions to play music together so that you can enjoy having your own accompanist to play whichever pieces you like.
